  2. Guests like having their name and previous orders recalled and offered to them, so the use of guest data can be very beneficial in improving the guest experience.
  3. Using dedicated order-takers improves efficiencies, creates better order-to-call ratios, allows for more consistency, increases average check, results in more sales, and ultimately, guests like the overall experience better because it’s fast, efficient, and easy.
