SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions has world-class expertise in both the restaurant and call center industries. What sets us apart, however, is that we were restaurant people first! The following are some of our achievements before the development of SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions:

  • Establishment of the first Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) call center – processing over 6 million orders.
  • The first QRS call center to process centralized catering calls for a QSR brand and the first to develop a QRS call center patent.
  • One of the pioneers in QSR credit card usage with two restaurant payment patents.
  • Implementation of three different call center operations for owners/operators all over the USA as well as direct consultation to many companies within the industry.
  • Involved in the development of the first triple-lane drive thru for a McDonalds restaurant in Colorado in 2005. The cutting edge ordering solutions helped the owner/operator beat the world-record by pushing 374 cars through the drive-thru in a single hour.
